In der Ferne kann man Lake Tahoe schon sehen. Hier an der Straße geht es allerdings mächtig bergab. Das gehört alles schon zum Skigebiet Lake Tahoe - von San Francisco kann man in 2-3 Stunden hier sein.

We can see Lake Tahoe in the far distance. Right next to the street the landscape drops down mightily. This is all part of the Lake Tahoe ski resort. This is only about 2-3 hours driving from San Francisco.
